This Privacy Policy describes how Andrey Antar (“I”, “me”) collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through the website andreyantar.vercel.app (the “Site”).

Through the contact form on the Site I may collect:

- Your messenger handle (Telegram or other);
- The content of your message and any details about your project you choose to share.
I do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal data. The Site itself does not use analytics that store personal identifiers; technical access logs may be kept by the hosting provider for security purposes.

Submitted data is used solely to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- discuss potential collaboration on a design project;
- send you a contractual proposal if relevant.

The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given by submitting the form, and the legitimate interest of taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Your data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers acting as data processors on my behalf — for example the hosting platform (Vercel) and any email provider used to deliver the message. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices.
5. Storage and retention
Submitted enquiries are stored only as long as necessary to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, and are deleted upon written request.

7. Cookies
The Site does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party scripts loaded from CDNs (fonts, animation libraries) may set technical cookies necessary for their delivery; these are not used for tracking.
